I recently bought the Prep+Prime Natural Radiance primer from MAC in the shade yellow and I really like it so I thought I would share my thought about it with you!
On MAC’s Website the product is described to hydrate and prime the skin and to give it a healthy glow due to the illuminating pearl powders the primer contains. It also says that the primer is specifically beneficial for oily and combination skin which I was a bit skeptical about because of it’s hydrating qualities.
At the moment I am all about that dewy finish because I want my skin to look as healthy and natural as possible when wearing makeup. When I saw the description of this product I thought it was too good to be true that a primer could make my whole complexion appear dewy and healthy, but I must say I am very impressed!
I have very dry skin so compared to the brands opinion this would not be the best primer for my skin type, but I thought that the hydrating quality would be a big plus for my skin and I wanted to give it a try anyways. It appears that the primer works perfectly on my skin and it gives me a healthy glow plus my foundation applies smoothly without any patchiness. My makeup have never looked better, and my skin have never looked healthier with makeup on, so I must say I am very impressed with this primer and I would highly recommend it!
